Craniosacral and Fascial Therapy in Rapid City, South Dakota
Rapha Fascial Therapy offers gentle, hands-on craniosacral and fascial therapy for babies, children, pregnant women, and adult women in Rapid City, South Dakota.
My approach looks at the body as a whole, recognizing that areas of tension and restriction may influence how the body moves and functions. Through gentle, intentional hands-on work, I aim to support the body's natural processes, encourage nervous system regulation, and help create greater ease and balance throughout the body. Rather than trying to fix or force change, my goal is to support the body in doing what it is naturally designed to do.
My practice is guided by my faith in Christ and a heart for serving others. I believe God is the ultimate healer, and I feel blessed to support each person through their individual journey.

Hi, I’m Nicole
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) specializing in fascial therapy.
I support infants, children, teens, pregnant/postpartum women, and adult women who are looking for relief from discomfort and nervous system overwhelm. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood—while your body is supported in doing what it was designed to do: heal.
Whether you’re seeking support for your baby, your child, your teen, your pregnancy, or your own well-being, each session is gentle, individualized, and centered on your body’s natural ability to find balance.
Supporting the Body’s God-Given Ability to Heal
My Approach
I take a whole-body approach to craniosacral and fascial therapy, recognizing that the body is interconnected and that areas of tension may influence other parts of the body.
What is fascia?
Fascia is a web of connective tissue that surrounds and connects structures throughout the body, including muscles, organs, bones, and the brain and spinal cord. Because this tissue is interconnected, restrictions in one area may influence movement, comfort, and tension elsewhere in the body.
What is the craniosacral system?
The craniosacral system consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. In my work, I consider how this system relates to the body's fascial network and take a whole-body approach when working with areas of tension.
My work is gentle, intuitive, and guided by how the body responds during each session. Through intentional hands-on techniques and myofascial unwinding, I aim to support the body's natural processes and encourage greater ease and balance.
I believe our bodies were thoughtfully created by God, and my faith is an important part of how I serve others. I pray throughout my sessions, asking God for wisdom and guidance as I work with each individual. I feel blessed to be able to support others in this way.

Every person responds differently, so the frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs and goal(s). We can discuss what feels appropriate for you or your child without assuming that everyone needs the same schedule.

This depends on the individual persons needs and how they respond to fascial therapy. Most individuals will need 3-4 sessions, but some may need less and others more. Releasing fascial tension occurs in layers, often related to peeling an onion.
